Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026. Rolibella is built to collect as little as possible. This policy explains what we do and do not store.

1. The short version

We do not sell your data. We do not run behavioural advertising. We collect only what is needed to run the site and, if you subscribe, to send you the newsletter.

2. Information we collect

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store the email address you provide and the date you subscribed. We use it only to send the newsletter and to let you unsubscribe.

Contact. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can respond and follow up.

Technical. Like most sites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site working. This is not used to identify you personally.

3. What we do not collect

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. Cookies

We set no tracking cookies. Any cookies that exist are strictly functional (for example, remembering a preference you chose). See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. How we use your information

  • To send the newsletter you asked for.
  • To respond to your enquiries.
  • To keep the site secure and functional.

6. Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We may share data only with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, an email service provider), under a contract that requires them to protect it.

7. Data retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry. Technical logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email ediroli@proton.me.

9. Children

Rolibella is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
